APOD aims to deliver organisational change and develop the leadership potential of organisations by working directly with leaders with clear sight and recognition of their organisational context. 

Organisational health can be felt at the individual, team and whole organisation level, and impactful interventions reverberate beyond the level at which we work.  Having this interconnectedness in mind as well as in the conversation amplifies the work wherever our initial focus is.   

We work with a variety of organisations, public and private, large and small, offering individual executive coaching, team coaching programmes and organisation wide development programmes.
